A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ME

After previous careers presenting and producing BBC Radio and working in TV development Sam Carrington is now turning his attention to stand up comedy. His observational, surreal style is gaining him friends and supporters in audiences, bookers and professional talent alike.

He gigs around the country and 2015 saw him take his first full hour to the comedy festivals of Bath, Brighton, Cardiff and Edinburgh, where it was greeted with a four star critical reception (The Mirror.) Sam is currently involved in his second Edinburgh solo Fringe show Awkwardly Mobile, which has been well received at festivals around the country.

Sam has also co-promotes and MCs Smirk Experience comedy nights in London.

“Sam has his new career mapped out as a stand-up comedian.”

SOCIAL SAM

To aid my own development as a comic I’ve been writing a blog about stuff I learn as I go.
The entries are normally longer than the 140 characters you get on Twitter,
but certainly not War and Peace. If you’re interested, read below.
